Terms of services:
1. Send you an order confirmation letter once your order has been paid or submitted.
Send shipment confirmation letter once item is prepared for sending.
The letter will be sent to the e-mail address, specified during the checkout process. Please let us know immediately, if there is something wrong with the information, provided in the shipment confirmation letter. The item will be sent in 1 business day after sending the shipment confirmation letter.
2. Pack items crash free and maintain satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a prompt exchange or refund (see below for details).
3. If your item came broken, is lost or has not arrived in a specified at e-mail confirmation time, please contact us immediately and we will solve this problem ASAP.
Some possible solutions are:
Replacement (if it is possible to get the same item ASAP);
Replacement with similar item (you can choose any other item of equal cost);
Complete refund of the item price and shipping charges (we will send a personal check in 2 business days via regular airmail).
If you are not completely satisfied with your item, we will accept the item back for return only if you let us know about your dissatisfaction within 7 days after receiving the item. Refund is possible only if the item(s) was unused and was received back in proper condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.
4. We are ready to solve any other problems that may appear during transactions.
1. Provide us with the correct e-mail and shipping addresses.
2. Provide us with any kind of evidence in order to receive replacement in case the item(s) was lost or broken.
