BORSCHT


BORSCHT 1 onion finely chopped, 1 grated carrot, 1 chopped sweet pepper, 2-3 finely chopped cloves of garlic, 2 potatoes, cut in thin slices, 2-3 beet-roots, cabbage, chopped dill or parsley, tomatoes Fry onion, carrot, red pepper, garlic and dill/parsley in a frying pan. Chop beet and add it to the frying pan and cover with tomatoes (the more - the best) or some ketchup. Prepare meat broth and put potatoes in it. Chop cabbage and put it in the broth as well. Let it boil and put fried vegetables in the broth. Then cook it for 15 min more.
