250-300 grams fresh pork, 200 g potatoes, 100 g salted mushrooms, 50 g mayonnaise, 20 g mustard, 100 g red bilberries

Put the berries in an earthenware pot and bake in a 250 C oven.
Put the meat in a preheated frying pan, roast on both sides, spread mustard and mayonaisseon one side, put the berries on top and then cook till ready.
